• Conducting viewings on properties
• Conducting referencing and other forms of verification for
prospective Tenants
• Drafting and signing of tenancy agreement (i.e. Contract)
• Obtaining guarantor details from Tenants
• Fees: £350 + VAT per property (with a No Let, No Fee policy)
