Fully Managed Lettings Service for Landlords


• Extensive marketing of properties using any of the following tools:
  Property boards, our own websites plus property portals such as
  Rightmove, Globrix, PropertyLive, local newspapers such as
  the M.E.N. and also electronic media.

• Conducting viewings on properties

• Conducting referencing and other forms of verification for
  prospective Tenants

• Drafting and signing of tenancy agreement (i.e. Contract)

• Obtaining guarantor details from Tenants

• Collection of rent as per the terms of the tenancy agreement

• Swift transfer of funds via BACS into your bank account along with
  a detailed statement of the funds transferred

• Compilation of a detailed inventory for each property through
  authorised inventory clerks (price varies with the size of the
  property)

• Full maintenance (costs agreed before work commences except
  for emergencies) of property during the period of the lease

• Verifying whether property complies with government regulations
  in the case of multiple occupancy (HMO) and/or gas supply,
  safety, etc.

• Fees: 12% + VAT of rental income (with a No Let, No Fee policy)
